    The challenge

A resource center must manage a shifting inventory, beneficiary orders, volunteer teams and partner agencies at once — all while respecting service caps.

    Our answer

We designed Resource Lens, a platform that uses computer vision to identify products and track stock, and that orchestrates orders, pickup slots and volunteer teams.

    What we delivered

    01

    Vision-based identification

Product recognition from a photo to speed up inventory.

    02

    Stock tracking

An up-to-date view of what is available, incoming and distributed.

    03

    Orders & donations

Dedicated flows for beneficiary orders and donation requests.

    04

    Pickup slots

Dynamic scheduling for the center and its partner agencies.

    05

    Volunteer teams

Invitations, roles and assignments managed by supervisors.

    06

    Service rules

Beneficiary records and compliance with service caps.
